  • Annually there are more than 13,000 youth experiencing homelessness in Minnesota. On any given night it’s estimated that 6,000 young people will have nowhere to go and call home. They’re sleeping in cars, couch-hopping, or struggling to survive on the streets. HOPE 4 Youth is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization in Anoka County that helps young people, ages 16 to 24, who are experiencing homelessness in the northern Twin Cities metro area.

HOPE 4 Youth Center in Anoka is the hub for a majority of our services for young people at risk of or experiencing homelessness. It is a safe, non-judgmental place for youth of all backgrounds, races, and genders. No appointment is necessary to visit. Our HOPE 4 Youth Center provides basic needs such as hot meals, grab and go foods, clothing, laundry facilities, a shower, and more. Additionally, we have on-site Case Managers to help connect youth to stable housing, health and wellness programs, education and employment opportunities, and more.

In 2024, Hope 4 Youth Center supported 5,158 visits by youth. In 2025 from January to September, we have supported 4,639 visits to our Center. We are continuing to see a 40% increase in our visits every month by youth needing our supports.

For every dollar you donate, you will provide critical support for youth experiencing homelessness with housing, education, employment, and prevention.

In Support of HOPE 4 Youth
HOPE 4 Youth provides pathways to end youth homelessness. It is our vision that all youth feel safe, valued, and supported while reaching their full potential. This begins with meeting their basic needs and leads to giving them the tools to thrive.
