  • Youth experiencing homelessness are some of the least visible and most vulnerable people experiencing homelessness. With the cold weather approaching, you can help give HOPE this winter season by helping ensure that young people are kept Out of the Cold! HOPE 4 Youth’s Out of the Cold is a community-wide event raising awareness, raising funds, and collecting items for youth experiencing homelessness. Join us on Thursday, November 21st from 4:30 - 7:30 PM to donate funds and highly needed items. 

    WHERE? NEW THIS YEAR! We will be hosting Out of the Cold at THREE locations. You can donate funds and items at the location most convenient for you. 

    Location #1: Anoka County Sheriff's Office (13301 Hanson Blvd NW Andover, MN 55304) 

    Location #2: HOPE 4 Youth Center (2665 4th Ave N #40 Anoka, MN 55303) 

    Location #3: Tom Ryan Park (10802 Town Square Dr. NE, Blaine, MN 55449). Thank you Blaine Police Department for hosting our event at a third location!
